How to update a user from my installation in TaHoma® by Somfy app?
With the new user management feature in TaHoma, you can now add, modify and remove user from your installation. To update a user from your installation you have to be the administrator of the installation.
In order to update a user, you can follow these steps:
Modify User Type
- Go to the '...' Menu and click on 'User Management'
- Select the user you want to modify
- Click on the 'Change Access Type' button
- Select the new type of access you want to assign to this user: Administrator, Resident, or Guest
Modify accessible products for a Guest user
- Go to the '...' Menu and click on 'User Management'
- Select the user you want to modify
- Click on the 'Accessible equipment' button
- Add or remove equipment from their authorization
