First reset the motor to factory mode by performing a power cut. Unplug the motor for two seconds, plug it back in for 10 seconds, unplug it again for two seconds.

Now plug it back in and the motor should move. If it does not, repeat the 2-10-2 power cut. It is important to carefully count the amount of time for each step.

After the motor moves, wait five seconds and then press and hold the program button on the back of the remote and slowly count to 15 without letting go.
