Can the myLink be used to integrate Somfy RTS motorized products into third-party control systems
You might be wondering if you can use your myLink to integrate Radio Technology Somfy® (RTS) products with third-party home automation systems. The answer is yes!
The myLink is a WiFi to RTS bridge and can integrate with several home automation platforms including Control4®, Savant, Crestron®, URC™, ELAN®, and RTI. The myLink also works with Amazon Alexa for voice control and IFTTT to control your Somfy-powered products along with other smart devices.
You can find a list of integration options in the myLink app by navigating to the main menu and selecting Integration:
You can find the system ID you’ll need to enable integration by selecting your third-party system on the Integration page. You can also get an Integration Report from this screen to share system details.
Before you integrate your myLink with a third-party system, make sure your RTS system is fully operational with limits set and that your myLink is programmed with all desired channels and scenes. To integrate to a third-party system you might also need to download drivers. We have drivers available for Control4®, Savant, and Crestron® on our website.
