How to change the account of an already paired TaHoma / Connectivity Kit / Connexoon?
As a new tenant or as new owner of the "house", I would like to know the process to take the lead of my equipment:
- TaHoma (Switch, DIN-Rail, ...)
- Connexoon (Access, Window, ...)
- Connectivity kit
Process:
- Contact your Local Somfy Support
- Create your acount via the TaHoma app (App for Android or App for iOS).
- Pair the equipment to your account via the app.
