How to merge all of my TaHoma installations onto one email?
TaHoma now supports multiple installations for the same user. Thanks to this feature, you can keep just one email for all your installations.
If you have not completed this process before, the application will prompt you to merge all your installations into the same email.
If the TaHoma app does not prompt you to merge all of your installations or if an error occurs during the migration process, please follow this FAQ: How to manually merge my TaHoma installations into one account?
When you first launch your application, if TaHoma detects that you have multiple emails and installations, the application will ask you to merge them all on one email.
After TaHoma has detected that you have multiple installations, you can check which installation you would like to merge onto one account.
Please note:
- If you do not possess any of these email accounts you need to contact the owner of the emails in order to continue the process.
- After the migration, the old owner of the installation will still have access to this installation.
If you wish to invite new users to control your installations, you can click on the 'Invite family and friends' button.
