How do I reverse the motor direction if the motor limits are NOT set?

If the motor is still in Setup Mode (Factory Mode), reversing the direction is simpler:


  1. Identify that the motor is in Setup Mode (it only moves while the button is held).
  2. Press and hold the MY button until the motor jogs.
  3. The direction is now reversed. You can verify this by pressing UP; the shade should move upward.
